2010-11 saw the advent of Load Controls into the Medium Voltage arena in partnership with Schneider Electric. I am happy to share with you that we can now offer solutions ranging from 415 Volts to 33,000 Volts. Our 11KV Switchboard with the state of the art Evolis VCB of Schneider successfully passed the short circuit test for 26.3KA for 3 seconds along with 75 KA Impulse Test as per IS Standards. Our added value here lies in the uniqueness of the Modular bolted design which spells more reliability, safety & flexibility for your electrical installations.

Further with the demand for power going up, transformer sizes have been going up too. With this fault level in systems from EB as well as DG Synchronizing Panels are going up. Hence our R&D got active in developing a unique & proprietary design of a SMC Bus Bar Insulator. With this we subjected our Modular Panel with 4000A Bus Bar for a 100KA type Test at the HV Laboratory of CPRI Bangalore and am happy to share that here too we met with success. We are now one of the few Switchboard manufactures in India who have the distinction of having a 100KA Type Test Certificate. For our Customers this means more capability and a One Stop Source for all their Panel Solutions!

To enhance manufacturing capabilities without after sales service strength would leave our Customers running from pillar to post to serve their Customers. It is a matter of great pride that we have got an acknowledgement from the premier Power Leader in India viz NTPC for the commissioning of LV & MV DG Synchronizing Panels giving light to the remote land masses of Andoman & Nicobar Islands. Further for GMMCo, we have supplied a 5 X 2000KVA DG Sync & PLC Panel for Airtel through IBM at Pune. Another significant commissioning is an 11 X 500KVA DG Sync cum PLC Panel for M/s Denso Kirloskar at Nelamangala, Bangalore. Solving the Customer’s Customer’s problem thus is a passion at Load Controls.

Bagamane World Technology Centre was another significant achievement for us in 2009-10. We successfully got commissioned the entire Panel installation which was a single PO of above 50 Million Rupees for us. Similar value orders were also executed for JSW through ABB and we added to our Client base substantial Cement, Metals & Automobile Industries as well. We have offered solutions with Soft Starters, Drives and PLC with SCADA; closely listening to & understanding end user requirements and rising to arrive at the most optimum answers.
