Proactive Care for Your Panels
We offer annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) for electrical panels (LT and HT up to
33kV). During the contract period, we ensure regular inspections (monthly / quarterly /
half yearly), preventive maintenance, and prompt resolution of issues to ensure the
reliability, performance and longevity of the electrical panels.
Our typical AMCs include the following services:
- Routine Inspections: Regular checks to identify any loose connections, signs of wear and tear, or other issues that may affect the performance of the electrical panels.
- Cleaning: Cleaning of components to remove dust and debris, as well as lubrication of moving parts to ensure smooth operation.
- General Servicing of Switchgears: We carry out thorough functionality checks, cleaning & greasing of moving parts and routine tests for ACBs and VCBs.
- Testing & Calibration of Relays: Calibration & testing of all the relay settings of HT / LT panels once in a year & ensure that the settings are within limits as per standards and submission of test reports.
- Testing & Calibration of Meters: Calibration of all energy meters, ammeters, voltmeters, multi-function meters once in a year and submission of test reports.
- Maintenance of Earth Pits: Conducting resistance tests for all the earth pits once in six months and submission of test reports. In the event we find any faulty earth pits, we also carry out reconditioning / repairing of these faulty earth pits by adding salt, charcoal & water.
- Emergency Support: We provide emergency support in case of breakdowns or failures, with a commitment to respond promptly and resolve issues.
- Replacement of Parts: If any components are found to be faulty during routine inspections, such parts will be replaced on a chargeable basis at zero installation cost.
- Documentation: Maintenance of detailed records and documentation of all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs carried out during the contract period.
