Founder, Managing Director of Mani Group of Companies

Mr. Ramani Mani is an engineering graduate from the prestigious AC College of Technology, Chennai.

He began his entrepreneurial journey the very next month after completing his graduation — an electrical trading business from a paying guest accommodation in Bengaluru.

Today his businesses include the following companies which he heads:

1. Mani Sales (Bangalore) (Since 1983), an electrical trading company
2. Load Controls India Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1990), an electrical switchboards & bus ducts manufacturing company
3. Modutec Ready Panels Pvt. Ltd. (Since 2007), a modular switchboard enclosure system manufacturer with type tested accreditations and software-driven solutions.

He has held several leadership positions in different forums. He is presently a Director in COSMA, the Control Panel & Switchgear Manufacturers Association and part of the South CEO Club of IEEMA (Indian Electrical & Electronic Manufacturers’ Association).

Ms. Srivathsala K

Independent Director, Strategic Business Advisor & Mentor

Ms. Srivathsala is a serial entrepreneur with a Masters Degree in Commerce from Bangalore University and a certified Financial Planner and Accounting Technician.

She's founded multiple businesses across segments and serves as a director in several leading businesses. Her vast experience has helped guide and mentor over 100 startups across various segments.

At Load Controls, she serves as an independent director, guidng us with her keen insights and vast experience.

Mr. Vikas

CMD / Promoter — Load Controls India Private Limited

Mr. Vikas is a first-generation entrepreneur, investor, and business builder with experience across telecom, infrastructure, IT, education, real estate, electrical businesses, and emerging technology-led ventures. He is the Promoter and strategic driving force behind the broader IVS Group platform and plays a key role in shaping the long-term direction of Load Controls India Private Limited.

At Load Controls India, Vikas provides promoter-level leadership across business strategy, capital allocation, growth planning, governance, customer relationships, leadership development, and long-term institution building. His role is focused on transforming Load Controls from a strong electrical panel manufacturing company into a professionally managed, scalable, systems-driven manufacturing enterprise.

His strategic focus for Load Controls includes capacity expansion, stronger financial discipline, improved working capital management, manufacturing process maturity, automation, technology adoption, leadership strengthening, and building the company into a credible, high-growth industrial manufacturing platform.

Vikas brings a founder’s ownership mindset to the business, with a clear emphasis on scale, profitability, governance, people, systems, and long-term value creation. His broader belief is that businesses must continuously innovate and create both employment and wealth, while remaining grounded in execution discipline and institutional thinking.

Mr. Bhawesh Kumar Chaurasia

Group MD & Chief Strategist, Manufacturing Vertical

As Group MD and Chief Strategist, Mr. Bhawesh is the growth catalyst preparing Load Controls for its next phase of exponential expansion. An alumnus of IIT Kanpur and IIM Kozhikode, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he brings over 21 years of global leadership experience from MNCs such as General Electric, Genpact, and Wipro. He is guiding the long-term strategy to elevate LCI into a world-class manufacturing enterprise.

Mr. Bhawesh operates on a synergistic philosophy: scaling businesses by harmonizing optimized processes, empowered people, and advanced technology. Recognizing that true digital transformation requires a strong operational foundation, he orchestrates GenAI, intelligent automation, and Lean Six Sigma to amplify human capabilities, protect EBITDA margins, and unlock unprecedented capacity to ensure Load Controls is built for scalable, enduring success.

Mr. S. Suresh

With over 40 years of illustrious experience in the electrical industry, Mr. S. Suresh stands as a seasoned leader renowned for his expertise and dedication.Holding a degree in Electrical Engineering from Annamalai University, Chidambaram, his journey encompasses pivotal roles in leading multinational corporations such as ABB, Alstom, and English Electric.

In his journey, he has excelled in diverse functions including customer care, projects, sales & marketing, and P&L leadership.

In March 2021, Mr. Suresh assumed the mantle of CEO at Load Controls, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a relentless commitment to excellence. Tasked with P&L responsibilities, he continues to spearhead initiatives aimed at driving innovation, fostering sustainable practices, and delivering unparalleled value to our stakeholders.
